Self hypnosis
Self hypnosis can be used for a number of different problems that most people may be suffering from. The most common is anxiety and trouble getting to sleep at night. I teach all my clients self hypnosis within the first session and recommend that all my clients use this not only during the course of the sessions but as a tool that they can use for the rest of their lives.
By taking the time last thing at night do use self hypnosis a client can clear their mind and finally get a restful nights sleep. Most people say that when they go to bed they are unable to sleep due to thoughts running through their minds. Self hypnosis can help clients clear this and drift off to a natural sleep.
Self hypnosis can be used also to calm clients down when they are feeling anxious and can only take around 5 minutes for this to happen.
Clients who are suffering with pain such as tooth ache can benefit greatly by using self hypnosis to lower their pain in an instant.
Obviously with any kind of pain any person should consult a doctor before using hypnosis to control it.
